In Manning Park we did a lot of walking including going up to the alpine meadows to see the flowers in bloom.
Our campsite at Nicola Lake where Rowan spent all day every day digging in the sand :) 
We spent some time with friends at a cabin near Mount Baker. The views from the top are amazing!

looks like you had a great last day! I wish we had joined you guys and hiked up too, but I wanted to get home. I can't believe how much the blog picture looks like Rowan! even so small, he really looks like Rowan:0)
